This policy explains how SIUM Group Inc. ("SIUM Group", "we") handles personal information collected through this website, siumgroup.com. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive:

• your name, organisation and email address;
• the subject and content of your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your information only to read and respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for marketing without your consent.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website and our email, including Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and Google Workspace (email). They process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, and we protect them with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@siumgroup.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
